  •  Traditionally in Greece lunch is the main mean, ussualy served between 12pm and 2pm. Dinner is frequently the main meal, served between 8pm or 9pm. When you are in Greece be sure to stop by a tavern to try Fresh fish, if you like fish, from the Mediterranean, and Aegean Seas .  

  • Typical Breakfast- A phillo dough pie, filled with cheese, spinach, and ham, followed by yogurt and honey. Typical Lunch- Salad (no lettuce), Fresh Spices like, oregano, basil, a dressing og Olive and Vinegar, spicy cheese.

  • Typical Dinner- Lamb, or Goat, with onion, spices, and olive oil, baked peppers, tomatoes, stuffed with rice, meant and spices. These foods are also Traditionally made in holiday, like Easter.

Meat roasted and sliced on a turning spit, typically served with sauces like tzatziki and garnishes (tomato, onions) on pita bread (a popular fast food in Greece and Cyprus.
